Job Responsibilities
Install, test, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair fiber optic cable supporting customer access on the Hudson Valley DataNet network. Compile and submit reports. Maintain a company vehicle. Work independently for extended periods of time. Respond to Customer Troubles on 24-hour basis. Interface with customers and carriers in support of service delivery and assurance.
